“Some places are so good to stay in, you don’t want to generate a rush on them. The My Apartments in Tallinn is one of them.”
My Apartments consists of two buildings, one with 20 rooms and the other with 94. These two buildings are completely different.
The smaller house is located in the center of Tallinn, and when you stay there, you feel like you are at home, which you don’t want to leave, and you want to spend your entire vacation in these rooms.
The larger house is designed for both short and longer stays and is very close to the center and old town of Tallinn, which gives the advantage of an ideal location. In addition, there are many opportunities for leisure nearby.
Our job was to bring the possibilities of both houses on one page and connect them with Bidrento, the software that manages these houses, through an API connection. In addition, we prepared a new logo for the client, took new exterior and interior photos (+drone photos, virtual tour) and created a new graphic look for the presentation of their houses. The biggest part was to create a payment solution and a reservation system for the website after connecting to the management software. Since there were many parties, this project was longer than usual projects, and during the work it was necessary to improve the functionality of the software that manages the houses, but the result speaks for itself.
Today, the occupancy of the houses is over 90%, and thus our goal has been met.
